Executive Director
Teah Thomas is the Executive Director of Wayapa Wuurrk Pty Ltd, providing strategic leadership and guiding the continued growth of the organisation as a 100% Aboriginal-owned enterprise dedicated to Earth Connection Wellbeing.
Drawing on experience across community corrections, Aboriginal community services, business administration and the corporate sector, Teah brings a strong background in organisational leadership, operations, strategic partnerships and program development. She is passionate about building sustainable systems that enable culturally grounded wellbeing programs to reach communities across education, health, justice, government and corporate sectors.
Working alongside Founder Jamie Marloo Thomas, Teah plays a key role in expanding Wayapa's national and international reach through innovative partnerships, organisational development and strategic planning. Her focus is on ensuring Wayapa remains both culturally authentic and operationally sustainable while creating meaningful opportunities for practitioners, organisations and communities.
