Jamie Marloo Thomas is the Founder, Owner and Director of Wayapa Wuurrk Pty Ltd and the creator of Wayapa Wuurrk, an internationally accredited Earth Connection Wellbeing modality grounded in Aboriginal wisdom and ancient Earth-centred philosophies.
With more than 30 years of experience across Aboriginal health, community engagement, counselling, youth services, men's healing, cultural support and holistic wellbeing, Jamie has dedicated his career to strengthening people, communities and connection to Country. His professional experience spans Aboriginal health promotion, alcohol and other drug counselling, youth development, children's services, family violence support, community leadership and cultural wellbeing.
Jamie developed Wayapa from a simple but powerful belief that caring for the Earth is the foundation of caring for ourselves and each other. Through movement, mindfulness, storytelling and environmental reciprocity, Wayapa has grown into a globally recognised wellbeing practice that inspires individuals, organisations and communities to reconnect with the Earth through everyday actions.
As a respected cultural wellbeing leader, Jamie continues to lead the vision and evolution of Wayapa, sharing his knowledge nationally and internationally while remaining committed to cultural integrity, community empowerment and creating lasting pathways for holistic wellbeing.
