Wayapa Wuurrk® for Individuals

Wayapa Wuurrk, meaning to Connect in the language of the Peek Whurrung People of South West Victoria, is a pathway home.

In today’s world, many of us feel disconnected — from the land, from community, from the food that nourishes us, and from our own Spirit.

Through the practices of Earth mindfulness, breath, storytelling and movement, Wayapa supports a deep sense of belonging to the Earth, nurturing harmony of mind, body and Spirit.

There are a few ways to begin your Wayapa journey:

  • Attend a guided workshop

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with a Certified Practitioner

  • Explore the Reconnect the Disconnection course for self-guided practice

  • A group of people practicing yoga on a sandy beach, with some standing and others sitting or kneeling, under cloudy skies.

    Attend a workshop

Join a guided Wayapa Wuurrk workshop facilitated by certified practitioners in your local area. Workshops offer a shared, embodied experience — grounding you in the practice while connecting you with others on a similar path.

Workshops are suitable for all levels and provide a supportive entry point into Wayapa.

    Work with a practitioner

Connect more deeply through one-on-one or small group sessions with a certified Wayapa Practitioner. This option is ideal if you’re seeking a more personalised experience or ongoing support.

Practitioners offer Wayapa sessions across a range of settings, including private sessions, community groups and specialised programs.

    Prefer self-practice?

Reconnect the Disconnection is a self-paced online course designed to support gentle reconnection in your own time. Through guided content and movement, the course introduces the foundations of Wayapa and supports a grounded, mindful Wayapa lifestyle.

A simple, accessible place to begin if attending in person isn’t possible right now.
